Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Kubernetes, Docker, and YAML configurations, with proven expertise in CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins. This role is responsible for maintaining and optimizing infrastructure, ensuring seamless deployment processes, and contributing to the overall performance and reliability of enterprise systems in cloud environments.
Architecture & Automation
Design, maintain, and evolve architectures and automation for zero-downtime deployments.
Containerization with Docker & Kubernetes
Work with Docker and Kubernetes to scale, monitor, and optimize microservices.
Manage complex and distributed systems in cloud-based Kubernetes clusters.
CI/CD Pipeline Development
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
Leverage tools like GitHub Workflow and Bitbucket Pipeline CI to automate deployments.
Partner with development teams to set up automation pipelines and troubleshoot issues.
Collaboration & Support
Collaborate with fellow DevOps engineers to design the best possible solutions.
Participate in the on-call schedule and provide technical support for servers and applications.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.
2–3 years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and YAML configurations.
Proven experience in CI/CD pipeline development and management using Jenkins.
Strong knowledge of cloud services and network configuration.
Proficiency with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
Experience with Unix systems, shell scripting, and make files.
Familiarity with complex and distributed systems in cloud environments.
Ability to monitor and test performance across the application stack.
Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CKA, Docker, Jenkins, Oracle Database) are a plus.
Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities.
