Position: .NET Backend Engineer

Job Requirements & Qualifications:
Must Have:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft .NET backend development
At least 4 years with SQL Server (optimizing queries, stored procedures, indexing)
Hands-on experience with version control tools like Git
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA
Knowledge of software engineering principles (SOLID, DRY, CI/CD, Unit Testing)
Strong understanding of dependency injection and service-oriented architecture
Excellent communication and documentation skills in English
Good to Have:
Experience with React, ES6, or TypeScript
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Experience with Docker, Azure DevOps, or cloud environments
Mentoring experience or exposure to leadership roles in dev teams

Develop and maintain efficient, scalable, and secure .NET backend code
Create and optimize SQL queries and database structures for performance
Collaborate in Agile teams, participating in standups, sprint planning, and reviews

Perform thorough code reviews and resolve technical debt
