1. What is Skills Xcelerator?
Skills Xcelerator, Learn while you Earn, is an immersive training program where select candidates get Upskilled, then Deployed to a customer project while being mentored by our Expert Consultant.
2. Why is upskilling important?
Upskilling is important because it helps employees to continue to develop and grow. Thus, it avails more potential career advancement opportunities.
3. Am I employed and get paid from Day 1 even during training?
Yes, Selected consultants joining our Skills Xcelerator, Learn while you Earn, will draw a salary including employment benefits during the Upskilling to Deployment.
4. Is there a bond?
Yes, it’s for one year.
5. Do I need to pay anything?
No, but there may be a commitment fee applicable.
6. Do I need to pay any training fees?
While the training program is free, there may be a small administrative charge required by the training provider.
7. Is training virtual or onsite?
This Upskilling program will be mostly in-class training plus some webinars where necessary. During COVID, the training will be virtual.
8. What happens after the training?
Selected Consultants will be inducted into a Customer project while being mentored by our Expert Consultant.
9. How long is the training period?
Our Skills Xcelerator program will be 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the type of skills.
10. Do I get certification after the training if I pass?
Participants who have successfully demonstrated competence and meet/exceed this program deliverable will be sponsored for SAP Certifications.
