Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead month-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial review.

  • Prepare monthly financial statements and coordinate with Business Unit (BU) Finance teams.

  • Maintain fixed asset and tax books; reconcile intercompany accounts and bank transactions.

  • Recommend process and system improvements for efficiency and compliance.

  • Supervise Junior Accountants: delegate tasks, monitor performance, and support development.

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and 5S programs.

  • Act as point of contact for audits, reporting, and policy enforcement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy (CPA preferred).

  • At least 5 years of audit or financial accounting experience.

  • Proficient in Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).

  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

  • Experience in shared services or multinational environments is a plus.


GL Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations on a monthly/quarterly basis.

  • Assist in financial closing, budget consolidation, and preliminary variance analysis.

  • Publish estimate vs. actual financial reports; support data gathering for audits and internal reports.

  • Analyze trends and provide insights on financial performance deviations.

  • Contribute to Balanced Scorecard (BSC) tracking and external audit compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Commerce (CPA preferred).

  • 2–3 years of experience in general ledger or related accounting roles.

  • Experience with SAP (GL/AP/AR modules) and SOX compliance.

  • Advanced Excel and Google Sheets proficiency.

  • Willingness to work in shifting schedules (e.g., European time zone).
