Accounts Receivable
Prepare and issue invoices, debit/credit notes, and customer statements
Post and allocate customer payments
Monitor AR aging and handle customer queries
Accounts Payable
Process and verify invoices and payments
Reconcile vendor statements and handle inquiries
Assist in month-end closing and reporting
General
Support account reconciliations, audit requirements, and reporting tasks
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or related field
Minimum 2 years of AR/AP or general accounting experience
Experience with ERP Systems (Oracle / SAP)
Advanced MS Excel and Google Workspace skills
Strong communication, accuracy, and time management skills
Experience in Shared Services/BPO and international setup is a plus
