Job Requirements & Qualification:

  • 7+ years’ experience in ACTIMIZE solutions: SAM (Suspicious Account Monitoring), CDD, IFM (Integrated Fraud Management)

  • Experience in WLF and ActOne / RCM customizations
  • Solid business communication skills and stakeholder management skills 
  • JAVA, PL/SQL

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Analyze AIS, RCM, WLF Issues raised by the L1 team
  • Analyze queries raised by the business team
  • Perform RCA on the issues in the batch and real time processes
  • Coordinate with the Business team and various technical stakeholders for the resolution
  • Come up with solutions for fixes and any enhancements
