We are seeking an experienced AI Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of innovative AI-powered products and features that solve customer challenges and drive business growth. This role is ideal for someone who has directly led AI, Machine Learning (ML), automation, or agentic workflow initiatives and can bridge business objectives with AI capabilities.
You will work closely with Engineering, Data Science, Design, and cross-functional stakeholders to define AI product strategy, manage the product lifecycle, and ensure AI-enabled solutions are ready for successful production deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the AI product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Lead AI product discovery by identifying customer needs and translating them into AI-driven solutions.
- Own the end-to-end AI product lifecycle—from ideation, planning, development, testing, launch, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, Design, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact AI products.
- Manage data and model dependencies throughout the product lifecycle.
- Define evaluation criteria, quality thresholds, and success metrics for AI-powered features.
- Drive iteration loops by leveraging user feedback, model performance, and business insights to continuously improve AI capabilities.
- Assess production readiness for AI-enabled workflows, ensuring solutions meet performance, quality, and business requirements before go-live.
- Monitor product performance using analytics and KPIs to identify enhancement opportunities.
- Develop go-to-market plans and support successful product launches.
- Mentor product team members and promote AI product management best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience managing products throughout the full product lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience leading AI, Machine Learning (ML), automation, or agentic workflow initiatives.
- Strong understanding of AI product discovery, product strategy, roadmap planning, and business case development.
- Experience working with data and model dependencies, AI evaluation criteria, quality thresholds, and iteration cycles.
- Ability to assess readiness for AI-enabled workflows prior to production deployment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
