Positions Available:
1. Front End Developer
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to build responsive and user-friendly web applications.
- Work with frameworks like Angular or React (experience is a plus).
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
- Collaborate with architects and other developers to design and implement application architectures.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure adherence to best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and learning environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing support to team members.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for application standards and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, continuously improving development processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
2. Quality Assurance/Tester
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement test plans, execute test cases, and document defects.
- Execute and create detailed test cases based on business requirements/user stories.
- Perform manual and automated testing of software applications, including functional, regression, performance, and usability testing.
- Investigate and analyze issues to identify root causes, escalating as necessary.
- Work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Provide reporting on blocking issues, testing results, and quality status to the development team.
- Write clear and concise bug reports with steps to reproduce issues.
- Apply knowledge of application features to uncover issues and inefficiencies.
3. .NET Developer (Mid - Senior Level)
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain robust and scalable .NET applications, deployed on cloud platforms such as AWS.
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.
