Aruba Wireless Subject Matter Expert (SME)

We are looking for an Aruba Wireless SME to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in wireless networking, security, and optimization, with proven experience in Aruba technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve wireless network issues to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Implement and maintain wireless security policies (802.1X, RBAC, guest access).
• Prepare documentation and conduct knowledge transfer for operational teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and leadership.
• Monitor and analyze performance using Aruba tools (e.g., Aruba Central).

Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of Wi-Fi standards (802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax), RF fundamentals, and wireless security protocols.
• Strong background in VLANs, QoS, routing, and switching.
• Aruba Wireless Certification is a plus.
