Must Have:
Deep experience in Azure Active Directory, AD Connect, and Hybrid Identity solutions
Proficient in PowerShell scripting and Microsoft Graph API
Strong background in IAM, Conditional Access, PIM, and MFA
Hands-on knowledge of Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS)
At least 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role managing Azure AD/IAM platforms
Strong communication and documentation skills
Good to Have:
Experience in Zero Trust Architecture and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR)
Familiarity with ITIL-based operations, ticketing, and escalation processes
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement

Lead the design, implementation, and support of Azure AD and hybrid identity infrastructure
Develop and enforce identity lifecycle policies, access controls, and security compliance
Automate operational tasks using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API
Monitor and optimize Conditional Access, MFA, SSO, and PIM policies
Handle escalations, L3 support, and critical incident resolution
Drive adoption of Zero Trust and modern identity frameworks across the organization
Collaborate with global IT teams, stakeholders, and security units for continuous improvement
