We are looking for a skilled Backend Software Engineer (Kotlin / Java) to join our growing team. In this role, you will analyze, design, develop, and test application components for various clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provide technical leadership within the team.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality code and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Lead team discussions and contribute to technical decision-making across multiple teams.
- Provide effective solutions to technical challenges and support project success.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team skills and capabilities.
- Support onboarding and training of new developers.
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with timelines and goals.
Skills & Qualifications:
Required:
- Expert proficiency in Kotlin (minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience).
- Experience in backend API development using Spring Boot.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Proficiency with version control systems such as Git.
Good to Have:
- Experience with Java Enterprise Edition (JEE).
- Familiarity with database management and design principles.
