What You’ll Do
- Monitor and support BI applications and API platforms to ensure operational stability
- Manage incidents and issue resolution end-to-end, coordinating across teams and updating stakeholders
- Perform deep SQL analysis to trace, validate, and troubleshoot data across multiple systems
- Handle Level 3 support for complex production issues and ensure timely resolution
- Communicate effectively with users via ticketing systems, email, and calls
- Participate in critical incident management (crisis calls) for high-impact issues
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and system performance
- Develop and maintain support procedures (L1/L2) and deliver knowledge transfer
- Keep accurate and up-to-date technical and operational documentation

What You Bring
🔧 Core Skills
- Strong experience in SQL and data analysis across multiple systems
- Proven background in application support / production support (L2/L3)
- Experience with BI tools (SAP BO, Qlik, Databricks, Azure Data Factory)
- Familiarity with API and integration platforms (Apigee, AWS)
- Hands-on experience with SSAS, SSIS, SSMS
- Experience using ticketing and support tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow)
- Strong troubleshooting, prioritization, and communication skills
⭐ Nice-to-Have
- Experience in global or enterprise-scale support environments
- Exposure to cloud-based data platforms (Azure or AWS)
- ITIL certification or knowledge of incident/problem/change management
