What You’ll Do

  • Monitor and support BI applications and API platforms to ensure operational stability
  • Manage incidents and issue resolution end-to-end, coordinating across teams and updating stakeholders
  • Perform deep SQL analysis to trace, validate, and troubleshoot data across multiple systems
  • Handle Level 3 support for complex production issues and ensure timely resolution
  • Communicate effectively with users via ticketing systems, email, and calls
  • Participate in critical incident management (crisis calls) for high-impact issues
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and system performance
  • Develop and maintain support procedures (L1/L2) and deliver knowledge transfer
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date technical and operational documentation

  • Data & Cloud: Azure, Databricks, Azure Data Factory, AWS

What You Bring

🔧 Core Skills

  • Strong experience in SQL and data analysis across multiple systems
  • Proven background in application support / production support (L2/L3)
  • Experience with BI tools (SAP BO, Qlik, Databricks, Azure Data Factory)
  • Familiarity with API and integration platforms (Apigee, AWS)
  • Hands-on experience with SSAS, SSIS, SSMS
  • Experience using ticketing and support tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow)
  • Strong troubleshooting, prioritization, and communication skills

  • Experience in global or enterprise-scale support environments
  • Exposure to cloud-based data platforms (Azure or AWS)
  • ITIL certification or knowledge of incident/problem/change management
