Job Requirements :

Summary:

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Your typical day will involve assessing the current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining the future state and/or business solution.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct business requirements analysis to identify customer needs and define the future state and/or business solution.
• Assess the current state of the organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.
• Research, gather and synthesize information to identify customer requirements and define the future state and/or business solution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the business solution meets customer needs and is integrated with technology.
• Communicate technical findings effectively to stakeholders, utilizing data visualization tools for clarity.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Required Skill:

• Expert proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.

Additional Good To Have Skills: 

• Wealth Management Advisory Solutions.
• Strong understanding of business processes and systems.
• Experience in conducting business requirements analysis to identify customer needs and define the future state and/or business solution.
• Solid grasp of data visualization tools to communicate technical findings effectively to stakeholders.
• SDLC - Agile and Waterfall
• Software Project Management is a plus
• Functional Testing

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have 2 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
• The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in Business Architecture, Computer Science, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful business-driven solutions.

Business Requirements Analysis – Full RTO in Cebu 

Project Role Description: 

• Drives the vision for the product by being the voice of the customer, following a human centred design approach.

• Shapes and manages the product roadmap and product backlog and ensures the product team consistently deliver on the clients needs and wants.

• Validates and tests ideas through recurrent feedback loops to ensure knowledge discovery informs timely direction changes. 

Must have Skills: Business Requirements Analysis

Job Requirements:

• Work with the business architect and other planners to assess current capabilities and identify high level customer requirements.

• Identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases.

• Set up and maintain the Requirements and Traceability deliverable.

• Participate in transitioning the requirements and use cases to the designers and ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements.

• Assist in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product performance user acceptance and operational acceptance testing.

• Participate in quality management reviews in particular reviews of the designs prototypes and other requirements work products to ensure they fulfil the requirements.

• Serve as a resource for the change enablement team as they evaluate training and performance support needs and design the training and performance support products.

• Experience in SDLC – Waterfall and Agile

• Experience in Software Project Management

• Experience in Senior Software QA is a plus!
