Responsibilities

Analyze existing systems, workflows, and application behavior to understand business processes and functionalities.
Gather, document, and organize business and system requirements into detailed System Requirement Specifications (SRS).
Conduct meetings and workshops with clients and stakeholders to validate requirements and ensure alignment.
Create and develop Test Suites and test scenarios based on documented requirements.
Perform System Integration Testing (SIT) to ensure system functionality matches expected behavior.
Document SIT results, findings, and identified issues.
Investigate, analyze, and log system defects, and coordinate closely with developers for resolution.
Support users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by providing guidance and clarifications on system functionality.
Coordinate with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues identified during UAT.
Present findings, recommendations, and system behavior in a clear and structured manner.
Act as a liaison between clients, stakeholders, and development teams to ensure smooth communication and project alignment.
Recommend process and system improvements to enhance functionality and efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in creating System Requirement Specifications (SRS) and Test Suites.
Knowledge and understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Experience in System Integration Testing (SIT) and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Ability to analyze system behavior and document requirements in a structured format.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with developers, clients, and stakeholders.
Basic knowledge of Java or programming concepts is an advantage.
