Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the AI, CRM, and Martech sectors.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and support business development efforts.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Background or experience in AI, CRM, or Martech is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
