- Responsibilities: Handle independent support requests, translate user needs into transactions or guidance, collaborate with peers, detect patterns, and suggest improvements.
Senior Business Support Specialist
- Experience: 5+ years in advanced or complex support roles
- Responsibilities: Handle complex or escalated issues, mentor junior agents, support business and technical problem-solving, contribute to knowledge base and automation initiatives.
- Advanced communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with corporate environments; SAP experience is a plus
- Ability to balance speed, quality, and user satisfaction
