  • Responsibilities: Provide basic chat and application support, follow processes, escalate as needed, and learn business processes and tools.
  • Experience: 3+ years in IT, customer, sales, or operations support
  • Responsibilities: Handle independent support requests, translate user needs into transactions or guidance, collaborate with peers, detect patterns, and suggest improvements.

Senior Business Support Specialist

  • Experience: 5+ years in advanced or complex support roles
  • Responsibilities: Handle complex or escalated issues, mentor junior agents, support business and technical problem-solving, contribute to knowledge base and automation initiatives.
  • Advanced communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with corporate environments; SAP experience is a plus
  • Ability to balance speed, quality, and user satisfaction
