Job Description: Business Support Team Lead
We are looking for a Business Support Team Lead to manage a team of Business Support Specialists, ensuring operational excellence, SLA adherence, and team growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage support teams, including 30–60% hands-on in incident management
- Manage capacity, staffing, and shift coverage
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution
- Communicate proactively with stakeholders at all levels
- Drive automation, process improvements, and AI initiatives
- Build a high-performing, healthy, and engaged team culture
- Ensure team SLAs are met and proactively present solutions for topics at risk
Requirements
- Proven leadership in support or operations
- Excellent stakeholder and project management skills
- Strong communication and people management skills
- Ability to anticipate business needs and act proactively
- Experience in SAP or enterprise business applications preferred
- Ability to manage handovers and emergency coverage across shifts
