
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Transformation & Change Manager to lead organizational change initiatives for large-scale ERP transformation programs across the APAC region. This role will drive end-to-end transformation efforts, ensuring successful adoption of enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, and other ERP systems.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience in managing change within complex, multi-country environments, with a focus on stakeholder engagement, training, and business readiness to deliver sustainable transformation outcomes.
Job Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end transformation and change management initiatives for large-scale ERP programs (implementation, migration, or rollout).
- Develop and execute change strategies, communication plans, and stakeholder engagement frameworks.
- Conduct change impact assessments and organizational readiness evaluations.
- Design and implement training strategies, including training needs analysis and user enablement programs.
- Collaborate with business leaders, project teams, and regional stakeholders across APAC to drive alignment and adoption.
- Develop and deliver communication materials and engagement activities to support transformation initiatives.
- Support cutover, go-live, stabilization, and post-implementation adoption phases.
- Monitor and track user adoption, change effectiveness, and transformation success metrics.
- Identify and manage resistance to change, providing mitigation strategies and guidance.
- Partner with program managers, HR, and business units to embed change into business processes and operating models.
- Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership on progress, risks, and adoption outcomes.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Change Management or Transformation roles.
- Proven track record leading enterprise-level ERP transformation initiatives.
- Strong experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
- Exposure to ERP migration programs, including SAP (ECC and/or S/4HANA), Oracle (EBS and/or Fusion Cloud)
- Experience supporting transformations within manufacturing or semiconductor environments.
- Experience managing change across APAC and multi-country deployments.
- Strong expertise in training strategy, organizational readiness, and user adoption frameworks.
- Experience in stakeholder management, communication planning, and change governance.
- Background working with system integrators or consulting-led ERP programs.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and influencing capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex transformation environment.
