Position: Client Acquisition Associate Manager
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Acquisition Associate Manager to join our team. This position will provide an opportunity to support account management processes, build relationships with clients, and contribute to the growth and success of the business.

Job Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- With at least 5 years solid experience in talent acquisition, account management or sales, particularly in client-facing roles.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to take initiative in addressing challenges.
- Basic understanding of account management and client servicing best practices.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- Take initiative in identifying opportunities and offering proactive solutions to meet client needs.
- Deliver sales and drive revenue by identifying new business opportunities and upselling existing accounts.
- Support the preparation and execution of client presentations, proposals, and reports.
- Track and monitor client account activities, ensuring projects are on track and deadlines are met.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide status updates.
- Assist in managing contract renewals and upselling opportunities under the guidance of senior team members.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in the CRM system for all client interactions and project progress.
- Help prepare internal reports and performance analyses for senior management.
- Assist in identifying opportunities to improve processes and client experience.
- Support talent acquisition efforts and collaborate with the recruitment team to meet client staffing needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and services.
