Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Cloud Infrastructure Administrator to manage and optimize our cloud-based systems. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), and advanced scripting skills in PowerShell and Python to automate and streamline infrastructure operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain cloud infrastructure services across platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Automate cloud operations using PowerShell and Python scripts.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security across cloud environments.
- Implement and manage cloud governance, backup, and disaster recovery strategies.
- Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to support infrastructure as code (IaC) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve cloud infrastructure issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate documentation of cloud architecture, configurations, and procedures.
- Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and recommend improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in cloud infrastructure administration.
- Strong scripting skills in PowerShell and Python.
- Hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with infrastructure automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
- Solid understanding of cloud networking, security, and identity management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Cloud certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator, AWS SysOps, GCP Associate Cloud Engineer).
- Experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Azure Monitor, CloudWatch, ELK Stack).
