We are looking for an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer to provide operational support for cloud-based infrastructure and enterprise content management platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving incidents, troubleshooting system issues, monitoring platform performance, and ensuring the stability and availability of business-critical applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable support and drive continuous service improvements.
Experience with Alfresco or Mobius platform administration and optimization is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for cloud infrastructure and enterprise content management platforms.
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve incidents and problems affecting business-critical systems.
- Monitor infrastructure and application performance, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Create, review, and implement Requests for Change (RFCs) following established change management processes.
- Support incident, problem, and change management activities to ensure operational stability and service availability.
- Optimize Alfresco or Mobius platforms, including repository management, archiving, and content retrieval.
- Update technical documentation and knowledge base articles to improve operational efficiency and support processes.
- Act as a technical liaison between infrastructure teams, application teams, and business stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to strengthen team capabilities.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure support or administration.
- Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Alfresco or Mobius platform administration, optimization, repository management, archiving, and content retrieval.
- Experience with Linux operating systems.
- Strong understanding of incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
