Position: Customer Sales Engineer
We are looking for a Customer Sales Engineer to join our innovative team! In this role, you will leverage your skills in delivering engaging demonstrations and presentations to showcase our solutions to potential clients.

Location: Iloilo City
Job Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in software marketing or a similar sales role.
- Exceptional skills in delivering presentations and conducting demos.
- Experience in configuring systems for product demonstrations.
- Strong English communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Customer-focused with a passion for engaging and persuading clients.
- Self-motivated and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collaboration with Sales Team
- Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations of TapTalent to showcase its features and benefits.
- Participate in customer meetings alongside sales representatives to provide technical insights and answer technical questions.
- Managing customer trials.
- Provide training to customers as part of customer onboarding.
- Conduct regular check-ins with customers to review their product experience and progress, and address any concerns.
- Driving adoption by encouraging customers to fully utilize the product by highlighting features and demonstrating the value.
