Qualifications:

  • At least 18 years old
  • At least a high school/senior high school graduate
  • Good English communication & interaction skills
  • Amenable to shifting schedules
  • BPO experience preferred but not required

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to their accounts, services, or general requests
  • Provide accurate and clear information while maintaining professionalism, patience, and empathy
  • Record all interactions and transactions accurately and efficiently in the system
  • Follow established processes, company policies, and data privacy standards
  • Escalate complex issues or unresolved concerns to the appropriate team or department
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and meet performance targets such as quality, accuracy, and productivity
