Qualifications:
- Preferably minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role.
- No prior experience required – Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Demonstrated patience and empathy in customer interactions
- Proficient in using computers and relevant software applications
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide accurate product information and basic technical support
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved and satisfaction is achieved
