Qualifications:

  • Preferably minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role.
  • No prior experience required – Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Demonstrated patience and empathy in customer interactions
  • Proficient in using computers and relevant software applications
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide accurate product information and basic technical support
  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved and satisfaction is achieved
