Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • High level of patience and empathy in dealing with customers
  • Proficiency in computer systems and various software applications
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
