Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- High level of patience and empathy in dealing with customers
- Proficiency in computer systems and various software applications
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate product information and technical support
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution
