Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- High school or senior high school graduate (post-secondary education is a plus).
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible and willing to work shifting schedules, including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
- Previous BPO or customer service experience preferred—but not mandatory.
