We’re seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional support to our customers. This role requires quick, accurate communication, thorough product knowledge, and a warm demeanor across all interaction channels to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude while assisting customers.
  • Respond promptly and clearly to inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
  • Communicate effectively and demonstrate proficiency in customer interactions.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely, satisfactory manner.
  • Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products to support accurate assistance.
  • Process orders, applications, forms, and requests with strong attention to detail.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Provide constructive feedback and insights to improve service efficiency.
  • Commit to delivering exceptional support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • High school or senior high school graduate (post-secondary education is a plus).
  • Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible and willing to work shifting schedules, including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
  • Previous BPO or customer service experience preferred—but not mandatory.
