Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- High School (Old Curriculum), Senior High School, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate
- Strong English communication skills
- Computer literate and willing to work on a shifting schedule
- At least 6 months of BPO experience preferred
- Able to work full-time and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Assist customers with inquiries related to their accounts, services, or general requests
- Provide accurate and clear information while maintaining professionalism, patience, and empathy
- Record all interactions and transactions accurately and efficiently in the system
- Follow established processes, company policies, and data privacy standards
- Escalate complex issues or unresolved concerns to the appropriate team or department
- Maintain high standards of customer service and meet performance targets such as quality, accuracy, and productivity
