Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology sales, particularly with Microsoft Dynamics 365, and a proven track record of driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to create compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in technology sales, with at least 3 years focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions and their applications in various industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.
- Experience in managing a sales team and driving team performance.
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems.
