About the Role
As a Jr. Data Specialist, you'll manage, process, and ensure the accuracy of data across multiple systems to support business operations and decision-making. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain data quality, generate reports, and contribute to process improvements.
What You'll Do
Collect, encode, and consolidate data from multiple sources
Perform data cleansing, validation, and quality checks
Maintain and update databases across systems
Generate routine and ad hoc reports for stakeholders
Analyze data to identify trends, discrepancies, and insights
Collaborate with teams to improve reporting processes
Support automation and system enhancement projects
Document data processes and workflows
Monitor and resolve data discrepancies
Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards
Assist with customer feedback analysis
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (fresh graduates welcome!)
1- 2years of experience in master data management or related roles
Good verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Basic computer literacy (email, chat tools, CRM systems)
Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Positive, service-oriented attitude
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings/weekends as needed
