Delivery Manager

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager who can lead end-to-end project delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful outcomes for our clients. The ideal candidate is articulate, highly organized, and strong in stakeholder management. Experience in Insurance Operations (preferably Claims) and Salesforce is required. 

Job Responsibilities 

  • Oversee full project lifecycle from planning to execution and delivery. 

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet project goals, timelines, and quality standards. 

  • Manage client expectations and maintain strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders. 

  • Develop project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies. 

  • Ensure alignment between business objectives, technical teams, and delivery outcomes. 

  • Monitor project performance and provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders. 

  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, quality, and efficiency. 

  • Work closely with Insurance Operations teams, specifically within Claims, to ensure smooth project implementation. 

  • Manage Salesforce-related projects, enhancements, or integrations as needed. 

Job requirements

  • 10 – 15 years’ experience in Project Management or Delivery Management. 

  • Strong communication, planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. 

  • Hands-on experience in Insurance domain; Claims operations experience is a strong advantage. 

  • Proven experience managing Salesforce projects or working closely with Salesforce teams. 

  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and delivery best practices. 

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
