We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Delivery Operations Support. This role is essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative processes, with a strong focus on billing coordination and timesheet management. Key responsibilities:
πΉ Billing Support
- Prepare and verify billing statements and invoices
- Coordinate with Finance and Operations teams to ensure accuracy and timely submission
- Track billing schedules and follow up on pending payments or discrepancies
πΉ Timesheet Management
- Collect, review, and validate daily time records from operations staff
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of timesheets
- Flag inconsistencies and coordinate with team leads for resolution
- Maintain records of approved work hours, undertime, and overtime
πΉ Administrative Coordination
- Organize billing and timesheet documentation
- Compile data and generate reports as needed
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes
- Liaise with HR and Finance on payroll and attendance-related matters
πΉ Compliance & Process Improvement
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures
- Recommend improvements to streamline administrative workflows
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field (preferred)
- 1β2 years of experience in administrative support, billing, or timekeeping
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities
