In this role, you will review, process, and maintain digital content while ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established guidelines. You'll receive comprehensive training and work alongside experienced team members in a collaborative environment.
Location: Quezon City
Work Setup: Hybrid (Onsite once a month)
Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 2:00PM - 10:00PM
Employment Type: 6-Month Contract
Key Responsibilities
- Complete required training and certification for assigned operational processes.
- Review, analyze, and process digital documents following established guidelines and quality standards.
- Update and maintain digital content within internal systems.
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve document-related issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
- Perform basic XML editing and troubleshoot content update issues.
- Ensure documents are accurate, complete, and delivered within required timelines.
- Respond to internal requests using available tools, resources, and standard procedures.
- Maintain high-quality standards while managing assigned tasks efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of computer applications and digital tools.
- Basic knowledge of the legal system is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
