Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Strategy:
Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales.
Leverage data analytics to optimize digital campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, SEO, and PPC.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted and personalized digital content that resonates with our audience.
Manage relationships with external digital agencies and partners to ensure effective campaign delivery.
IT Project Management:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects related to digital transformation.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring proactive mitigation strategies are in place.
Oversee the implementation of digital tools and systems, ensuring they meet business requirements and drive operational efficiency.
Project Management:
Lead cross-functional teams in the implementation of digital transformation initiatives.
Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure that digital transformation objectives are met.
Provide training and support to internal teams on new digital tools and systems.
Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with senior leadership to define digital transformation goals and objectives.
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for digital initiatives.
Key Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing within the FMCG industry.
Proven track record in IT project management, with experience in leading digital transformation projects.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and best practices.
Expertise in project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Certifications in digital marketing or project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
