Key Responsibilities:

  1. Digital Marketing Strategy:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales.
    • Leverage data analytics to optimize digital campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, SEO, and PPC.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted and personalized digital content that resonates with our audience.
    • Manage relationships with external digital agencies and partners to ensure effective campaign delivery.
  2. IT Project Management:
    • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects related to digital transformation.
    • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
    • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
    • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring proactive mitigation strategies are in place.
    • Oversee the implementation of digital tools and systems, ensuring they meet business requirements and drive operational efficiency.
  3. Project Management:
    • Lead cross-functional teams in the implementation of digital transformation initiatives.
    • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure that digital transformation objectives are met.
    • Provide training and support to internal teams on new digital tools and systems.
  4. Stakeholder Management:
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to define digital transformation goals and objectives.
    • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for digital initiatives.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing within the FMCG industry.
    • Proven track record in IT project management, with experience in leading digital transformation projects.
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and best practices.
    • Expertise in project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
    • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
    • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
    • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Certifications in digital marketing or project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
