Dynamics 365 CE consultant

  • Facilitate workshops to develop business requirements; create demonstrations to provide proof of concept; plan and assist the team in drafting statements of work to include estimation of effort/cost.
  • Provide input and advice regarding Microsoft Dynamics 365 (on premise) CE on-premise capabilities, functions and features to clients and prospects.
  • Conduct hands-on implementation, configuration, and development of the various components of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (on premise) CE.
  • Build positive client relationships by developing an understanding of the client’s business processes.
  • Develop analytical and insightful recommendations to meet deliverable targets, and complete project tasks within budget and to customer satisfaction.
  • Perform requirements gathering, Business Process Analysis.
  • Understand customer requirements and advise project team on highly specialized, complex solutions architecture and implementation.
  • Adapt to different end-user learning styles when training, gathering requirements, etc.
  • 6+ years Microsoft Dynamics 365 (on premise) CE implementation experience.
  • Job role experience as a consultant in a consulting practice, facilitating discovery workshops.
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to interact with all levels of employees.
  • Experience creating strong business cases supported by compelling value propositions.
  • Experience gathering business requirements (to be model, as is model, etc.) and experience configuring Microsoft CRM modules including CE.
  • Experience assisting with definition and functional design of conversions and interfaces, and functional experience in leading technical team through Microsoft CRM API usage; integration development.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, Business Intelligence tools, etc will be a bonus
  • Experience in design with Power Platform tools will be advantage.
  • The ideal candidate will have familiarity in two or more of the following areas: .NET Frameworks, C#, ASP.NET, SQL, XML Technologies and Web Services.
  • .Net programming experience (Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE) is preferred.

 Dynamics CRM Techno Functional Developer or Developer:

  • Able to design, implement and test customization and processes in Dynamics 365 CRM Able to translate detailed functional specifications/user stories into comprehensive technical specifications, ensuring a clear and accurate representation of business needs within the D365 CRM system.
  • Able to carry out customization of D365 CRM features, adhering to Microsoft best practices and standards, legal and regulatory requirements governing CRM development activities, following industry best practices and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Able to code, conduct unit testing, build applications, create, customize, modify, and troubleshoot the applications.
  • Able to perform data migration into D365 and able to build Backend API to integrate with Frontend API. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to perform system integration testing, validating end-to-end processes and confirming the interoperability of D365 CRM with integrated systems.
