Overview
We are looking for an Enterprise IP Telephony Engineer with hands-on experience in Microsoft Teams voice solutions and Cisco telephony technologies to support and manage enterprise communication systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support Microsoft Teams Telephony (Direct Routing)
- Configure and troubleshoot call flow, routing, and call transfers
- Work with Session Border Controllers (SBC) such as Cisco or Sonus
- Support Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) and Skype for Business (SfB)
- Administer and maintain Cisco IP Telephony systems
- Handle Webex Calling and Webex Contact Center (WxCC) operations
- Ensure system performance, reliability, and issue resolution
Qualifications
- At least 2+ years experience in Enterprise IP Telephony
- Strong experience in Microsoft Teams Voice / Teams Infrastructure (Must)
- Hands-on with Direct Routing and SBC (Cisco / Sonus) (Must)
- Experience in Webex Contact Center (WxCC) (Must)
- Knowledge of Cisco IPT and legacy voice systems
- Familiar with call flow, routing, and telephony concepts
- Experience with MTR and Skype for Business is a plus
