💼 We’re Hiring: Fixed Asset Accountant
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Fixed Asset Accountant to manage and maintain the company's fixed asset records, ensure accurate asset accounting, and support inventory and reconciliation activities. The successful candidate will work closely with various business units to strengthen asset management processes and improve operational efficiency.

🔁 Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)
🕒 Schedule: Shifting/Day Shift
⚙️ Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee fixed asset inventory activities in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure fixed asset inventories are conducted, reconciled, and all discrepancies are resolved promptly.
- Develop and implement standardized asset tagging processes across business units.
- Assign fixed asset tag numbers, generate and distribute asset tags to designated asset owners.
- Maintain accurate and complete fixed asset records and accounting data.
- Collaborate with operations and support teams to ensure the integrity of fixed asset information.
- Support process improvement, standardization, and automation initiatives related to fixed asset management.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to fixed assets.
🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or any Accounting-related course.
- At least 1 year of experience in Accounting or related functions.
- Knowledge of Fixed Asset Accounting principles and processes.
- Experience working with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
