Deal Support

  • Provide transactional end-user support through chat for core Sales Applications and Systems, ensuring alignment with Sales Technology & Support charter and BASE SLA standards.
  • Create and refine documentation to enhance support and sales self-enablement within the organization’s release schedule.
  • Participate in training to stay informed on new applications and help onboard new team members.
  • Collaborate across Sales Technology teams (Levels 1, 2, and 3) to identify and address end-user inquiries efficiently.
  • Work with standardized support infrastructures, ensuring compliance with data regulations.
  • Contribute to long-term projects aimed at simplifying support processes, including gathering feedback and preparing questions for training.
  • Provide QEC/YEC weekend or holiday coverage on chat support for approximately 3-6 hours during the last three weekends of each quarter, with specific requirements coordinated with SAP regional management and vendor teams.
