Provide transactional end-user support through chat for core Sales Applications and Systems, ensuring alignment with Sales Technology & Support charter and BASE SLA standards.
Create and refine documentation to enhance support and sales self-enablement within the organization’s release schedule.
Participate in training to stay informed on new applications and help onboard new team members.
Collaborate across Sales Technology teams (Levels 1, 2, and 3) to identify and address end-user inquiries efficiently.
Work with standardized support infrastructures, ensuring compliance with data regulations.
Contribute to long-term projects aimed at simplifying support processes, including gathering feedback and preparing questions for training.
Provide QEC/YEC weekend or holiday coverage on chat support for approximately 3-6 hours during the last three weekends of each quarter, with specific requirements coordinated with SAP regional management and vendor teams.
