We are seeking Full‑Stack Developers (Java) to support and build our next generation of digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Participate in backlog refinement sessions, providing technical input and contributing to solution design

• Engage in sprint planning to ensure effective workload distribution and delivery timelines

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full‑stack applications using simplified business logic and modern technologies

• Build and integrate backend services and front‑end components to enhance customer experience

• Contribute to Research and Development initiatives (“Innovation Sprints”) to continuously improve skills and explore new technologies

• Collaborate with program and project management teams to provide visibility on timelines, risks, and technical progress

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application defects to ensure system reliability

• Follow best practices in coding standards, testing, and technical documentation

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional experience in Java and Spring Boot

• Hands‑on experience in full‑stack development using technologies such as JavaScript, Node.js, React.js, or Python

• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and system integration

• Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases

• Familiarity with containerization and deployment using Kubernetes

• Working knowledge of architectural and integration patterns (e.g., APIs, messaging queues, Pub/Sub)

• Strong communication skills to explain technical designs and trade‑offs to both technical and business stakeholders

• Analytical and problem‑solving mindset with a focus on maintainable, high‑quality code

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

• Background in microservices or distributed systems architecture

• Exposure to container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes or RHOCP

• Experience with serverless architectures

• Familiarity with infrastructure‑as‑code tools such as Terraform or Ansible
