Responsibilities
- Participate in regular backlog refinement, offering valuable developer insights and sharpening your design skills
- Engage in sprint planning that promotes healthy workload management and strengthens your time management
- Develop cutting-edge technology and implement simplified business logic to enhance customer experience
- Take part in seasonal Research and Development — what we call Innovation Sprints — to elevate your technical capabilities
- Collaborate with program and project management teams to provide clarity on timelines and technical progress
- Keep the Payment Services ecosystem running smoothly by identifying and resolving bugs and errors
Qualifications
- Development experience in Java, JavaScript, NodeJS, ReactJS, or Python
- Deployment and management experience in Kubernetes
- Familiarity with architectural and integration patterns such as Pub/Sub, Queues, Databases, and APIs
- Exposure to API design and UI/UX development
- Ability to communicate design pros and cons effectively to business stakeholders
- Data-driven decision-making
- Strong emphasis on code quality, testing, and delivering efficient, maintainable solutions
Preferences
- Experience with AWS or Google Cloud Platform
- Background in microservices architecture or distributed systems
- Knowledge of container orchestration tools like Kubernetes or RHOCP
- Experience with serverless architectures
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or Ansible
