We’re hiring  Full-Stack Developers who specializes in performance optimization and accessibility. You’ll ensure our products are fast, scalable, and WCAG-compliant while contributing across React, NestJS, and Python.

What You’ll Do

• Build high-performance React/TypeScript features; optimize Core Web Vitals.
• Ensure WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility across all UI work.
• Conduct performance audits and optimize bundles, images, and rendering paths.
• Develop and optimize NestJS APIs; improve database queries (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Implement caching layers (Redis, CDN, API caching).
• Support Python-based scripting or ETL tasks.
• Maintain strong testing discipline (unit, integration, accessibility).
• Collaborate with QA and participate in code reviews.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to improve delivery.

Tech Stack

React, TypeScript, Next.js, Tailwind, NestJS, Node.js, Python, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, AWS, Lighthouse, WebPageTest, Datadog, Sentry.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years in React/TypeScript with proven performance optimization experience.
• Strong grasp of Core Web Vitals and accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA, ARIA).
• Solid backend/API skills in NestJS/Node.js.
• Experience with query optimization and caching strategies.
• Basic Python for scripting/data tasks.
• Strong testing habits and clear English communication.
• Familiarity with AI dev tools and LLM concepts.
