We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Admin to support our Human Resources team in managing employee relations and engagement initiatives. This role will assist in maintaining positive workplace relationships, addressing employee concerns, and supporting programs that enhance employee satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, people-focused, and passionate about creating a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support for HR operations and employee-related processes
Assist in handling employee concerns, queries, and basic employee relations matters
Help organize and coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives
Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Assist in preparing HR reports and tracking employee engagement metrics
Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly communicated and followed
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 1 year of experience in HR administration, employee relations, or engagement
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Basic knowledge of Canva for creating internal announcements, posters, or engagement materials
Preferred Skills:
Experience supporting employee engagement programs or HR initiatives
Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
