Position: HR Assistant

We are seeking a skilled HR who will be responsible for providing high quality and effective HR support and assistance to the Managers and Managing Director as required. 

This candidate will be responsible for maintaining human resources of the company any in accordance with internal procedures, good practice and statutory requirements.

Location: Iloilo City

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of working experience in Human Resources. Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
  • Minimum Diploma is expected. Diploma in Psychology and Business Administration is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of employment laws in PH/SG
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).  Proficiency in Canva is an added advantage.
  • Good understanding of employment laws and regulations is preferred.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Leave management and basic inquiries from consultants.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)- lead by HR and checked by Finance
  • HRMS migration technical troubleshooting and support
  • All Administration and data support (e.g. MOM labour market surveys computation of data, data maintenance of onboarding, compensation and benefits such as insurance and medical coverage, and consultant relations matters, storage and documentation of new hire documents, compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies).
  • Assists in development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures.
  • Participates in HR meetings and attends other required meetings and seminars when necessary.
  • Providing clerical and HR administrative support to Human Resources Executives and Managers.
  • Perform other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
  • Coordinating any other projects, as and when assigned by the Management.
