We are looking for a skilled Infrastructure Engineer with at least 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, implementing, and managing infrastructure systems that support our business operations effectively.

📍 Location: Taguig, Philippines
⏰ Work Mode: Flexible office & remote
💼 Role: Infrastructure Engineer

What You'll Do:

• Identify, investigate, diagnose, and resolving network, databases, system faults, and application issues, in accordance with the organization’s application support procedures.
• Overseeing cloud storage systems.
• Provide fast response and recovery for incidents and ensure that they are properly documented or logged in the ticketing tool.
• Assist in preparing periodic issue management report.
• Assist the Project Manager in the coordination of developing potential application enhancements or fixes with the stakeholders, for optimization.
• Assist in creating resilience strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Strong experience in Continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) platforms and tools.
• Working experience or knowledge in the following: Microsoft Windows Server, Java, API, SQL, Linux, MySQL
• Working experience with Cloud Technologies (AWS, etc)
• Working experience with IAC Technologies (Terraform, etc)
• Exposure in security best practices.
• Shell scripting
• Containerization
