Infrastructure Manager

Position: Infrastructure Manager

We’re seeking a highly skilled and experienced Infrastructure Manager to lead our network and infrastructure operations. In this role, you’ll oversee the design, management, and optimization of critical IT networks and systems, ensuring security, reliability, and scalability for the business.

Technical Expertise

• Proven experience managing and troubleshooting WAN/LAN/VLAN/WLAN networks (MPLS, IPSEC).

• Proficiency in Cisco, HP, and H3C hardware, with strong knowledge of protocols including BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, STP, and IPsec.

• Expertise in Quality of Service (QoS), network security (Palo Alto, PIX/ASA, RADIUS, TACACS), and WAN optimization (Riverbed).

• CCNP certification required.

• Familiarity with VoIP/ToIP, SD-WAN, Infoblox, F5, and Azure Firewalls.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in IT or a related field.

• 10+ years of experience in IT networking, including at least 3 years in team supervision.

• Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.

• Fluency in English (written and spoken) required.

• Ability to simplify complex issues, align IT strategies with business needs, and deliver customer-focused solutions.

• Team-oriented, self-motivated, and flexible with a willingness to travel as needed.
