We are looking for an experienced Integration Engineer with strong Oracle Utilities WACS expertise to join our team in Manila.
In this role, you will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technology and integration solutions. You will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing technical guidance, supporting key decisions, and helping drive successful integration and transformation initiatives.

Work Setup: Hybrid – 2x RTO per week
Shift: 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as an SME for Oracle Utilities Work & Asset Cloud Services (WACS).
- Collaborate with and provide technical guidance to project teams.
- Make or contribute to key technical and team-level decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and stakeholders to drive integration initiatives.
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Design and implement integration solutions aligned with business and technology requirements.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure seamless system and process integration.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address integration-related challenges.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing, mentoring, and best-practice adoption within the team.
- Support continuous improvement of integration strategies, processes, and solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with Oracle Utilities Work & Asset Cloud Services (WACS).
- 3+ years of experience in Oracle Utilities, ERP, SCM, Asset Management, or Inventory Management.
- 5+ years of integration design experience involving Oracle Utilities products.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integration architecture.
- Experience working with Oracle Utilities products such as:
- Strong understanding of system integration principles and best practices.
- Ability to translate business requirements and processes into effective technical solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter (C2M).
- Experience with Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CCB/CCS).
- Experience with Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Management.
- Experience working with cloud-based utility management platforms.
- Background in enterprise transformation or customer journey improvement initiatives.
