Position: IT Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in enterprise IT project delivery, infrastructure, stakeholder management, and governance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing complex IT systems, infrastructure projects, and cross-functional teams using structured project management methodologies.

Job Requirements & Qualifications
Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management, preferably in enterprise environments.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end IT project delivery from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Strong experience in stakeholder management, project governance, reporting, and communication frameworks.
- Experience managing enterprise IT systems and infrastructure projects, including:
- ERP systems (e.g., Oracle NetSuite or similar platforms)
- HRIS solutions
- Network infrastructure and security technologies (e.g., Fortinet, Cato Networks, pfSense)
- Cloud, infrastructure, and enterprise technology initiatives
- Strong knowledge and experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or similar platforms.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to effectively manage project scope, risks, budgets, timelines, and resources.
Good to Have:
- PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or other Agile/project management certifications.
- Experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure and complex system integrations.
- Knowledge of IT governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
- Experience working with cross-functional, technical, and distributed teams.
- Exposure to IT operations, networking, cybersecurity, and infrastructure environments.
Job Roles & Responsibilities
Project Management & Delivery
- Lead end-to-end IT project delivery using structured project management frameworks.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria.
- Create and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and within budget.
- Track project progress and drive accountability across teams.
Governance & Stakeholder Management
- Establish and maintain project governance structures and reporting processes.
- Manage communication with stakeholders, business leaders, and technical teams.
- Provide regular project updates, risk reports, and executive-level summaries.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical deliverables.
Risk, Issue & Change Management
- Identify, analyze, and proactively manage project risks and dependencies.
- Lead issue resolution and ensure timely escalation when required.
- Manage project changes related to scope, schedule, cost, and requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation for project decisions and approvals.
Technical & Infrastructure Oversight
- Manage projects involving enterprise platforms, infrastructure, networking, and business applications.
- Work closely with engineering, IT operations, security, and business teams to ensure successful implementation.
- Support system upgrades, integrations, migrations, deployments, and infrastructure improvements.
- Ensure technical solutions meet business requirements and operational standards.
Process & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with IT governance standards, processes, and best practices.
- Maintain complete and accurate project documentation.
- Support testing, deployment, implementation, and transition-to-support activities.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes.
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead cross-functional teams and promote accountability throughout project execution.
- Facilitate collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Encourage effective communication, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Mentor team members and promote best practices in project delivery.
