Job Summary:

We are looking for a Service Delivery Team Lead to manage daily IT support operations and lead a team of technical engineers. You’ll oversee service delivery, drive continuous improvement, and ensure client satisfaction through strong leadership, coordination, and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of technical support engineers
  • Oversee day-to-day IT support and project delivery
  • Implement and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Provide technical guidance and ensure team readiness
  • Act as the main point of contact for service delivery matters with clients
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors
  • Drive team performance and maintain high service quality

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • 5+ years in IT support or service delivery, with team leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of IT support processes, ITSM tools, and SOP development
  • Excellent communication, planning, and leadership skills
  • ITIL certification or technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Network+, etc.) are a plus
