
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Service Delivery Team Lead to manage daily IT support operations and lead a team of technical engineers. You’ll oversee service delivery, drive continuous improvement, and ensure client satisfaction through strong leadership, coordination, and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of technical support engineers
- Oversee day-to-day IT support and project delivery
- Implement and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Provide technical guidance and ensure team readiness
- Act as the main point of contact for service delivery matters with clients
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors
- Drive team performance and maintain high service quality
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in IT support or service delivery, with team leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of IT support processes, ITSM tools, and SOP development
- Excellent communication, planning, and leadership skills
- ITIL certification or technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Network+, etc.) are a plus
