IT Support Engineer (macOS & iOS)

Overview 

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to provide end-to-end technical support in a dynamic environment. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues while ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience supporting MacOS and iOS environments, excellent communication skills, and the ability to support users across different regions, including Korean-speaking stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Install, configure, and maintain workstations, printers, peripherals, and software applications.
  • Act as the first point of contact for IT support, handling user requests and incident resolution.
  • Manage user onboarding and offboarding, including account creation, access provisioning, and user training.
  • Support and maintain MacOS and iOS devices, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
  • Monitor system performance, manage backups, and ensure adherence to security protocols.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of support tickets, troubleshooting steps, and IT asset inventory.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve IT service delivery.
  • Provide support for network connectivity, system access, and application-related issues.
  • Assist in implementing automation, scripting, or process improvements where applicable.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • 5+ years of total experience in IT Support, with at least 3+ years of relevant hands-on experience.
  • Strong experience in IT technical support and end-user support environments.
  • Hands-on experience supporting MacOS and iOS platforms.
  • Fluency in English and Korean (both written and spoken).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic network issues.
  • Familiarity with user account management, system setup, and IT operations support.

Preferred / Advantage:

  • Exposure to scripting or automation (e.g., Bash, PowerShell).
  • Basic knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and virtualization technologies.
  • Experience in eCommerce or Manufacturing (MFG) environments.
