Key Responsibilities (Combined)
- Develop, test, maintain, and support enterprise software applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Participate in software testing, product support, system enhancements, and continuous process improvements.
- Attend technical and product knowledge training to build expertise on the platform and business processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in Software Development, Software QA, Technical/Product Support, or similar IT roles.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Willing to work onsite in Iloilo City.
