Job Description:
We are looking for a Junior Project Manager with 3-5+ years of experience who has successfully managed at least two projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing an E-Invoicing Project deployed in Singapore and may also have the opportunity to manage an SAP Upgrade Project using Activate & ASP Methodology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the E-Invoicing Project in Singapore, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with project requirements.
- Potentially oversee an SAP Upgrade Project, following Activate & ASP Methodology.
- Utilize project management methodologies to plan, execute, and track project progress.
- Engage and communicate effectively with customers to manage expectations and project deliverables.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to drive project success.
Key Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of experience in project management, with at least two projects managed as a Project Manager.
- Hands-on experience with E-Invoicing Projects (preferably in Singapore).
- Knowledge or experience in SAP Upgrade Projects and familiarity with Activate & ASP Methodology is a plus.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills to manage and coordinate with customers and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with teams to achieve project goals.
